Stood in line 5 mins behind 2 others that hadnt been greeted yet. So i politely say hello to manager and said i thought id speak to u since 7 ppl in the lobby has not been greeted. He said we had a big ordrr. I said sir i understand but thats when u acknowledge your guests explain that u will be with them in a moment and apologise for the delay. He got someone on front counter quick after that just to give us cold fries ,,sloppy made burgers that wasnt correct. Loved tennessee but that mcdonalds was horrible. We drove 7 miles just to go to it. Wont happen again
Good standard McDonald food here, great friendly staff! My app didn't work properly, but the young lady working the register gave me the daily deal anyway. 5 stars!

The outside and inside of the restaurant was dirty. There was no tissue in the ladies room. I asked the cashier if they had decaf coffee before going to the ladies room, he said he would make a pot, I asked how long it takes, he replied three minutes. Then they gave me a cold cup of coffee. I had to wait while he made the pot because he didn't make it when we first ordered it.
The food was good and the service was Friendly. It took a little longer for the food than our local McDonald's. This was in a small town where they took the extra time to prepare the order and not just throw it together to get you out the door. I was pleased with the Service and the Food.
