How can a dude be rude on the phone?
My van' s wheel bearing went out while we were traveling on a family vacation. - Late Saturday afternoon. They towed me back to their shop, dropped my family off at a hotel and then the guys came into work. They worked late Saturday night to have me back on the road early Sunday morning. I cant say enough for all the crew. Thanks again. You guys really bailed us out of a jam.

RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE ASSHOLES! Absolutely, without doubt the worst kind of human beings. Was literally broken down in their parking lot with a very easy fix on a brake caliper bolt. Called and couldn't understand the man on the other end. Asked him to repeat and he hung up on me. I called back because I didn't see any other immediate options and he said he couldn't help me! I asked who could and he said he had another call. I called him an explative and hung up. Called family that lives two hours away to come help. In that time waiting on them, four of their people showed up and had zero interest in helping me out. Once my people were about 30 min away one of them offered to help (after he told me he had to go relieve himself at the local gas station) he told me they charge $90 an hour labor. I told him move on. No way in hell im giving these sorry examples any of my money. I really hope you don't get broken down here. Not many options out here for sure, but you'll be doing yourself a huge favor to avoid these pricks like the plague. Worst experience in my recent memory. Good luck.

These guys were extremely helpful. Due to the damages my trailer had they were not able to perform the work but still took the time to explain my options and give me recommendations and contacts to beable to get the trailer off the highway.
