Awesome canoeing and kayaking!! We have been going for several years and it just keeps getting better. We normally do the 5 mile trip and take lots of breaks down the river to eat, swim and hang out. The river is beautiful and Evan takes care of us very well. If you're going to the rive then I highly recommend Bones for your next trip.

Bone's is good. Good place, good people, good views. I know they are growing and haven't been around long. We've been the past 3 years and each year there is more done with the place. Only tent camping right now, but they will eventually have hook ups for campers. Canoeing is awesome. There's a 10 mile put in, or you can go less with a 5 mile put in. They also have kayaks for single riders, or you can bring your own kayak or canoe. We bring a grill as well to grill out which is fine with them. They are only seasonal right now as well. So no camping/canoeing after around Labor Day until late the following Spring.
Was there on September 23rd with JPs group! Had a blast and they even let us borrow a cooler since we drove all the way from Indiana without a cooler to take out on the water.. oopsies. will def be coming back to kayak!!!
