Excellent service, spacious seating and very clean atmosphere. Best steak ever, loaded potato was good and Caesar salad had great dressing.

Pleasantly surprised by the food! If you love deep fried mushrooms or Calamari you have to stop here. Have had the Chicken Alfredo and the 1/2 lb Cheeseburger w/bacon, all delicious! Everytime we come thru Hurricane Mills we will be stopping by!

My husband and I decided to go to this restaurant today for the first time.(he's a truck driver) I was craving crab legs!! When we first walked in the hostess was rude! I was asking her about the special they had and she stuck he pointy finger up basically saying give her a minute. She squatted down behind her stand and looked like she was wiping the menus off with a napkin. WE JUST STOOD THERE!! After a while she stood up and asked how many people? My husband said 2. She stood there like she wanted us to order to go. My husband said can we sit down and eat here? She walked off towards the tables. I looked at my husband and said do you think we are supposed to follow her? She didn't say anything. He says I guess so... we followed her to a table AT THIS TIME I'M NOTICING WE ARE THE ONLY BLACKS IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT!! AND NOBODY HAS NAME TAGS ON!!.... We get a guy server very very nice guy. We order a 36$ seafood platter 20$rack of ribs,Cole slaw,salad,sweet potato,French fries and 2 sodas. I'm sitting there looking at football and noticing other people being seated in groups of 3's,4's and 5's!! WE STAYED IN THIS RESTAURANT OVER AN HOUR AND GOT NO FOOD BUT ROLLS AND A SALAD!! The family that was sitting beside us he knew something was wrong also. We were there 30 minutes before his family and they were done eating and everybody that came after him!! He kept looking around and then looking at us. THIS WAS SO OBVIOUS!! I looked at my husband with tears in my eyes and said can we go please. My husband said I can't believe this is happening! We stood up and walked to the front to talk to THE SAME hostess to pay for the salad so we could go. My husband says we have been here over an hour and we still have no food. She looks at him and says I DON'T REMEMBER Y'ALL!! MY HUSBAND SAYS WE ARE THE ONLY BLACK PEOPLE IN THIS ENTIRE RESTAURANT THAT YOU HAVE SEATED!!THE ONES THAT YOU WERE RUDE TO WHEN WE FIRST WALKED THRU THE DOOR!! She couldn't say a word. She stood there with the dumbest look on her face!! Then said was your waiter a guy or a girl? My husband says guy. He says I want to pay for the salad and just go!! OUR WAITER COMES OUT THE KITCHEN TO THE FRONT AND STANDS BESIDE THE HOSTESS. MY HUSBAND SAYS I JUST WANT TO PAY FOR THE SALAD AND GO!! THE WAITER SAYS I'M SORRY IT TOOK EXTRA LONG BUT YOUR FOOD IS READY NOW. WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO PUT IT IN A BOX TO GO? I SAID IF THE FOOD WAS READY WHY DID YOU COME OUT THE KITCHEN EMPTY HANDED INSTEAD OF OUR FOOD ON A PLATE HEADED TO THE TABLE!! AND IF I WANTED SOME TO GO FOOD I COULD HAVE AT AT MCDONALD'S ACROSS THE STREET OR THE ARBY'S IN THE SAME PARKING LOT WE ARE PARKED!!!!!! He was speeches!! He charged us 11$for a small salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nothing but 1 tomato,1 cucumber,a handful of lettuce and cheese!! THE WORSE RESTAURANT I HAVE GONE TO IN ALL MY LIFE!!
